Venua Store sells kitchen gadgets, choppers, and drinkware to customers in Pakistan and internationally. By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration; actual color/texture may vary slightly.

3. Orders
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery. Full payment must be made to the courier upon delivery of your parcel.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location within Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Return & refund policy We accept returns within 4 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at +92 370 8916898  to initiate a return.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at venuastore@gmail.com/ +92 370 8916898. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Venua Store and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Venua Store is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products, including misuse. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
