Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Size or Preference-Based Exchanges

The customer covers return shipping costs. We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Online payments (card, Easypaisa, JazzCash): refunded to original payment method within 4 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Inspection & Rejection of Returns

We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet eligibility conditions (e.g., signs of use, missing tags, damaged packaging). Such items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
