Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 working days
Other cities/towns: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary during sale periods, holidays, or due to weather/courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Cash on delivery (COD): Rs.100

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via [WhatsApp/SMS/Email]. You can track your order status anytime on our Track My Order page.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to [2–3] times. If unreachable, our team will contact you to reschedule. Orders unclaimed after multiple attempts may be returned to us.

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan via Leapord(s), including remote areas where courier service is available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us immediately at +92 370 8916898 with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier and resolve it promptly.
